What is even more complicated when one tries to reconcile this dilemma with the holiness of God and His love, care and mercy for humans.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We may wonder: is it possible that God is pleased with the presence of evil, pain and suffering in the lives of human beings, who created them in his image? Did God create the world and abandoned it?
