Requests cancelation and amendment policy

In case you want to cancel or amend your request, please inform us 24 hours prior the date of making the request through the email info@ophir.com.jo or contact the customers services at +962 6 4633381 during the week days except Friday and Saturday from 09:00 am to 17:00 pm. You cannot amend or cancel the request after the said period.

 

Pay on receipt policy

Ophir printers and publishers has pay on receipt service for requests not exceeding 500 Dollar for certain destinations only.

 

Payment policy
First: Method of payment

We, Ophir printers and publishers, provide the following payment options:

AMEX, Master card and Visa card

Payment on receipt (in some countries)

 

PayPal payment

Bank transfers (in case of purchasing bulk quantities not exceeding 500 Dollar).

 

Second: In arrears and unsuccessful payments

Should the payment procedures are not performed for any reason except the procedures resulting from defect in Ophir printers and publishers website, the request will not be confirmed and it will not be processed.

 

Third: Refunding financial payments

A request will be made to refund all or part of the paid amount to our respected customers in the following case only:

A book of the order is not available in for any reason (the price of the unavailable book will be refunded).

If the whole order is not available for any reason (all paid amount will be refunded).

If the customer receives a damaged book due to shipping where the reader will not be able to read his book as described in the shipping policy (a new version of the book will be sent at the cost of Ophir printers and publishers).

 

Shipping Policy

Ophir printers and publishers deal with best international shipping companies such as ARAMEX, DHL …. And we send the shipments to the address of the customer within 5-14 days. A delay may happen due to reasons beyond our control related to the availability of the book or related to the shipping companies. However, we keep in contract with our customer to provide him with the details of his shipment.

 

Ophir printers and publishers shall not responsible in any form for any delay of shipments and/or laws and instructions of some countries in terms of not allowing entrance of certain books or collecting amounts for entering the books or even seizing the books with the customs till they are cleared by the customer.

 

In case of any damage to the shipment, Ophir printers and publishers shall contact the shipping company and investigate the issue. In case of receiving any compensation from the shipping company, Ophir printers and publishers shall compensate the customer per the actual and direct damage which in any case shall not exceed the value of the affected order.
